Alias: Dr. Jonathan Jacobo (Heather Jasper-Howe, the Evil Masked Figure), Pterodactyl Ghost, Black Knight Ghost, the Skeleton Men, Captain Cutler, Miner Forty-Niner, the Tar Monster, the zombie, the 10,000 Volt Ghost, the Cotton Candy Glob

Type: Natural (Jacobo), Mystical (the rest)

Location: Civilized Area/Haunted home/Swamp

Height/Weight: Ranges from that of average humans to that of a small building.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: Okay, so maybe having the first live action "Scooby Doo" movie involve demons and Scrappy f*cking Doo wasn't the best course of action. But don't worry! This time, we have something much more true to Hannah Barbara's vision! Just a heads up, though. We still can't get a good effects budget. Sorry.

History: Long ago, Dr. Jonathan Jacobo, the man behind the case of the Pterodactyl Ghost, attempted to create monsters for himself with a substance known as Randomonium. Alas, he seemingly died trying to escape prison. Or did he? He didn't, in short. Now, he returns to Coolsville so that he may enact vengeance on the Mystery Gang. His plan involves disguising as an obnoxious news reporter, running a smear campaign against them, and in private, using stolen costumes of old monsters to convert them into legitimate beasts! It is perhaps the Gang's most treacherous undertaking.

Notable Kills: None...unless that Tar Monster did a number on some people.

Final Fate: Cutler gets slammed into the distance by the Mystery Machine, the Black Knight Ghost and the 10,000 Volt Ghost are tricked into taking one another out, the Cotton Candy Glob is eaten alive by Scooby and Shaggy, and the rest of the monsters are reduced back to costumes when Scooby uses the control panel to reverse the randamonium's effects. Jacobo is exposed and sent to prison again, and the Gang celebrates in a club full of rehabilitated people they unmasked long ago.

Powers/Abilities: The Black Knight Ghost can telepathically move his sword, the 10,000 Volt Ghost is made of pure electricity, Miner Forty Niner can breathe fire, and the Tar Monster can double in size if he pleases.

Weakness: Anything conventional for the most part, though the Black Knight Ghost requires heavy artillery (or a kick in the roundtables) and the 10,000 Volt Ghost with an electrical overload. But if the machine that made the monsters malfunctions, they will cease to be.

Scariness Factor: 2.5-The cartoonish CGI that seemed doomed to follow Scoob from the start of his live action career is back with a vengeance, albeit only SLIGHTLY better. But the monsters try. Oh, how they try. The Tar Monster comes rather close to killing our heroes, and the Pterodactyl Ghost is guaranteed to at least give the kids nightmares. But Jacobo does stand out a bit with his impressively articulate mask and ghoulish look.

Trivia: -All of the monsters, barring the Cotton Candy Glob, have appeared in the original "Scooby Doo" cartoon. However, the original Pterodactyl Ghost was in it for musical theft, not science.

-This film was responsible for killing off any hopes of live action "Scooby doo" films in theaters. The rest were regulated to TV specials, featuring different actors and even less worth. But for what it's worth, as of this writing, an animated film is in the works, so fingers crossed for better luck.

They've got plenty. Trust us.

At least the masked one never got his hands on Stan Winston's workshop.

King Ghidorah's farts, probably, given this film's nature.

At least nobody will put their tongue on THAT.

Me and the boys preparing for mayhem.

"From the streets, my vengeance covers you all!"

Somebody get out the violin.

Two forgotten ages meet and clash!

"My existance is suffering!"
